These terms apply to your use of divineradhakrishna.com and to any order you place with Divine Radha Krishna. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

Our malas, bracelets and pendants are handcrafted from natural Tulsi and wood. Small differences in colour, grain and bead size are natural and are not defects. Product photos are for reference, and colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay in full online by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or wallets, or pay 10% of the order total online and the balance in cash on delivery. The advance is part of your order total, not an extra charge. Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment partners, and we do not store your card details.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we are unable to deliver to your address. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund the full amount.
